Refund and Transaction Policy

Thanks for trusting Paymaster.com.ng with your online payments and digital funding. Because we deal with fast, real-time financial transactions, digital wallets, and international payments, we want to be as clear as possible about how refunds work here.

Note: Please take a few moments to read through our rules before initiating a transaction. By using our services, you completely agree to these operational terms.

1 When You Are Eligible for a Full Refund

We believe in fairness; if a mistake happens on our end, we will always make it right. You can request a 100% refund if:

The transaction failed completely

If you pay us in Naira for a "Pay For Me" service or PayPal funding, and we fail to deliver the funds or complete the payment to the third-party merchant within our promised timeframe.

Double payments

If your bank accidentally debits you twice for a single transaction and we receive both payments, we will immediately return the extra payment.

2 When Transactions Cannot Be Refunded

Because digital funds transfer instantly and permanently, there are situations where we cannot claw back your money. We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

Errors from your side

If you provide us with an incorrect PayPal email address, wrong account details, or a faulty payment link, and the funds are successfully delivered to that wrong destination, we cannot issue a refund. Please double-check every single detail before hitting send.

Merchant-side issues

If we successfully pay a merchant on your behalf using our cards or PayPal (via our "Pay For Me" service), and you later decide you want to cancel the order or you don't like the product, you must settle that dispute directly with the merchant. Once our funds leave our account and enter theirs, the transaction is legally complete from our end.

PayPal Account Limitations

If we successfully fund your PayPal account or provide you with a working verification card, and PayPal later flags, freezes, or limits your account due to their own internal security policies, we cannot refund the funded amount. We have no control over PayPal's internal algorithms or decisions.

Completed crypto/e-currency swaps

If you exchange Bitcoin, USDT, or Perfect Money for PayPal funds, once the transaction is completed and verified on the blockchain or respective network, it cannot be reversed.

3 The Refund Process: How to Request Your Money

If your situation qualifies for a refund under Section 1, here is exactly how our operational desk will process it:

Step 1: Reach Out

Send an email to our support team at support@paymaster.com.ng or message us directly via our official WhatsApp channel at +234 810 360 3150.

Step 2: Provide Proof

Include your specific transaction ID, the exact amount paid, the date, and a clear screenshot of the successful payment debit from your local bank account.

Step 3: Review Windows

Our internal core operations team will cross-verify transaction logs within 24 to 48 hours to validate your system claim status safely.

Step 4: System Payout

Once completely approved, your specific refund allocation will be instantly processed back to your original source of payment (your Nigerian bank account).

⚠️ Please Note: Depending on local bank processing windows and interbank networks, it may take an additional 1 to 3 business days for the money to reflect in your balance after our final approval.

4 Transaction Cancellations

If you happen to change your mind after paying us but before our team has actively initiated the PayPal funding or execution of the "Pay For Me" system payment, you can request a cancellation:

  • If our agent has not touched the transaction pipeline yet, we will instantly cancel it and refund your local Naira value.
  • Please kindly note that minor core processing gateway fees (charged by third-party payment processors) may be deducted from the total balance returned.
