Platform Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026

Operational Agreement Notice By requesting international fee settlements, merchant payments, or digital voucher services through PayMaster, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our processing boundaries and regulatory compliance policies outlined below.

Welcome to PayMaster (paymaster.com.ng). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our manual global fulfillment assistance services, currency estimator tools, and merchant processing channels. Please review these terms carefully before initiating an exchange request.

1. Scope of Services

PayMaster acts as a remote logistical fulfillment partner assisting Nigerian businesses and individuals with clearing cross-border payment constraints:

  • Fulfillment Actions: We process tuition wires, structural subscription settlements, and product sourcing checkouts using clean external banking access.
  • Operational Boundaries: We do not provide banking deposits or capital holding balances. We clear concrete invoices or balance statements forwarded directly by the user.

2. Exchange Rates & Fee Structure

All conversions utilize a dynamic estimation model structured around standard alternative market rates. Our flat processing fee applies dynamically at checkout depending on the chosen pipeline. Quotes are short-lived and subject to real-time parallel currency shifts prior to active Naira transfer confirmation.

3. Processing Timelines & Confirmations

We work to deliver confirmations as fast as possible once Naira funds clear into our accounts:

  • Digital Portals: Standard portal access or invoice completions settle within 1–3 hours.
  • Bank Wires: Institutional university bank wires require 1 to 2 banking business days to post and generate an official SWIFT tracking receipt.

For information regarding failed transactions, cancellations, or money-back guarantees, please consult our official Refund Policy.

4. User Obligations & Compliance

You agree to supply accurate portal markers, correct supplier invoices, and clear information. To ensure security, payments originating from compromised personal histories or unverified third-party sources will be placed on an administrative lock immediately under our AML protocol guidelines.

5. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any transactional disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Rivers State, Nigeria.
